The Reddix Group
Master Systems Integration
To ensure that our government gets the most from its IT investments takes more than just financial accounting. We go beyond the numbers, analyzing business cases, conducting resource planning, and even drafting schedules when necessary.
Doing that effectively requires years of experience, along with a thorough understanding of the application life cycle. Our project managers have decades of experience managing Federal IT projects, and the deep knowledge that comes from having done all sorts of IT work.
Our team was founded upon open business principles, so we’re big fans of open government. As part of our capital planning, we’re committed to making more financial data available to more people.
We’re willing and able to create online dashboards that make expenditures easy for stakeholders to understand and review.
We have developed a highly collaborative real-time window into our compliance resolution process and its effects on all projects at the task level.
In working with the Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of Child Support Enforcement, Joseph Reddix reviewed and analyzed the State of California’s Child Support Enforcement system—a 2.2 billion dollar project.
He found multiple overcharges made by the project’s IT contractor, which resulted in approximately $1.5 million in savings to the Federal government.
